Go-Native

3-stepApproval workflow
No more ExcelOne central system

The challenge
Go-Native is a well-known Egyptian store that curates clothing from local brands and sells it in their store. They had no system to manage vendors — everything ran on Excel, which created bottlenecks, errors and confusion before products ever reached their warehouses.
What we did
- ✦Built a Vendor Management System with a dedicated vendor portal where vendors submit products before shipping to Go-Native's warehouses.
- ✦Implemented a 3-stage approval workflow: Account Manager → Operations → Warehouse.
- ✦Gave vendors self-service control: upload products, change prices, request discounts, remove products, add sizes and variants.
- ✦Fully documented the system so the team can operate and onboard with confidence.
