The challenge
Sobhy Girgis Sons (SG-Mart) is one of Egypt's best-known FMCG distributors — the largest supplier of nuts and dry goods (cashews, almonds and more) to major companies. They needed a full e-commerce experience that stayed perfectly in sync with their existing ERP system, with no manual data entry.
What we did
- ✦Built a custom e-commerce website and a Flutter mobile app, deployed to both the App Store and Google Play.
- ✦Integrated directly with their ERP — pulling products, categories, prices, tax and product images automatically.
- ✦Delivered a complete admin panel: app version control, orders, users, banners, admins, promo codes, shipping zones and COD-fee management.
- ✦One connected system across web, iOS and Android, all driven by their single source of truth.
