The challenge
Waste Marche's founder works as a broker in waste collection — connecting those who have waste with those who want to buy it, earning a commission. Recognized by President El-Sisi for his mission to digitize waste management in Egypt, he needed to take the whole operation online.
What we did
- ✦Built a bidding marketplace app where waste suppliers list their waste and buyers place competitive bids.
- ✦Published the app to both the App Store and Google Play under the Waste Marche brand.
- ✦Built an admin portal to manage the marketplace and monitor everything coming through the app.
- ✦Designed the experience to make recycling logistics simple, transparent and rewarding.
