Custom Software & SaaS

Tailored systems and SaaS platforms that automate operations and scale with you.

Off-the-shelf software fits nobody perfectly. We're a custom software development company building systems shaped around how your business actually works — and SaaS platforms ready to onboard paying customers from day one, with billing, roles and multi-tenancy done properly. Companies in the US, Europe and the Gulf use us as an offshore engineering team on a fixed scope, or as a dedicated team alongside their own developers.

What we do

How we deliver Custom Software & SaaS.

Internal systems & ERPs

Operations, inventory, HR and finance tools that replace the spreadsheet maze.

SaaS platforms

Multi-tenant products with subscriptions, billing and admin — launch-ready.

Integrations

Your existing tools connected: payments, accounting, messaging, government APIs.

Security & roles

Granular permissions, audit logs and data protection built in from the start.

Live ERP synchronisation

For SG-Mart we kept a storefront and a Flutter app continuously in sync with their ERP — products, categories, prices, tax and images, with no manual entry anywhere.

Workflow engines

Multi-stage approvals with real routing and permissions. Go-Native's vendor portal runs account manager, operations and warehouse as three distinct gates.

In practice

What this actually involves.

ERP integration is mostly about the edges

Pulling a product list is easy. What takes the time is tax treatment, price tiers, image handling, stock timing and what happens when the ERP is briefly unreachable mid-order. We design for the failure cases first, because that's where these integrations actually break.

Admin panels are the part everyone underestimates

SG-Mart's system needed app version control, orders, users, banners, admin roles, promo codes, shipping zones and cash-on-delivery fee management. None of that appears in a scope document written by someone who hasn't run the operation.

Compliance shows up as architecture, not paperwork

Wherever you operate, the rules land in the data model rather than in a policy document. Egypt's ETA e-invoicing clears every B2B invoice in real time and needs a cryptographic seal — at volume that means an HSM, not a USB token. Saudi's ZATCA requires each invoice to hash the one before it, which forces strictly ordered issuance. US regimes ask for different things — immutable audit trails, access reviews, change control — but the conclusion is identical: design it in, because retrofitting costs several times more.

Multi-tenant means deciding early

Shared schema or separate databases, how tenants are isolated, how you migrate one customer without touching the rest. These are decisions that are trivial in month one and very expensive in month twelve.

Billing is where SaaS products leak

Subscriptions look simple until you hit proration, mid-cycle plan changes, failed-card dunning and tax. Around twenty US states tax SaaS and the rest don't, with economic nexus commonly triggering near $100,000 or 200 transactions in a state — so a growing product can owe tax somewhere it never sold into deliberately. We wire this in at the start rather than at your first audit.

Security you can evidence, not just claim

Role-based access, immutable audit logs, SSO and SAML, encryption in transit and at rest, secrets out of the repository. Enterprise buyers don't ask whether you're secure — they ask you to show the log, name who can see what, and prove it hasn't been altered. Building that in costs a fraction of adding it during a procurement review.

What you get

Outcomes, not deliverables.

  • One source of truth instead of five disconnected spreadsheets
  • Software that matches your process — not the other way around
  • A platform you own outright, with no per-seat license creep
  • Integrations that degrade gracefully instead of losing orders
  • Written documentation your own team can operate and extend from
Straight answers

What you'll want to ask.

What does a first release actually cost?

Most first releases we take on start at around $10,000 and land between there and $60,000, depending on how many user roles and integrations are in scope. A focused product doing one thing well — a booking flow, a directory, a straightforward marketplace — sits at the lower end. Multiple roles, payments, dashboards and a couple of integrations sit at the upper end. We don't publish a rate card because the right number depends on scope and on what you already have running, but we will give you a real range on the first call rather than after a discovery phase you paid for.

What stops us being locked in to you?

The repository sits in your organisation's account, not ours. Credentials live in organisational accounts rather than an individual's login. Architecture and deployment are documented in writing. Those three things are the difference between a handover and a hostage situation.

Can our own developers take it over?

That's the intended outcome. We use mainstream stacks rather than anything exotic, and we document the decisions — not just the code — so a new team understands why it was built this way.

Do you keep the source code until final payment?

No. You have it from the first commit. Withholding code as payment leverage is common in this industry and we think it's indefensible.

Who owns the IP, and does the contract actually say so?

Ask any vendor for the exact wording, ours included. Under US copyright law "work made for hire" only covers nine enumerated categories of commissioned work, and software isn't one of them — so a contract leaning on that phrase alone may transfer nothing. What you want alongside it is a present-tense assignment: the contractor hereby assigns all right, title and interest. That's the clause that moves ownership on signature instead of promising to move it later.

Can you get through our security review?

We'll complete your questionnaire honestly and show evidence for the controls we run rather than claiming a certification we don't hold. Worth knowing: SOC 2 is an attestation report an auditor issues about a specific organisation for a specific period — nobody hands out a SOC 2 certificate. If an attestation covering your own environment is a hard gate, we'll build to those controls and work with the auditor you choose.

What about after launch?

We'll tell you honestly what ongoing cost looks like — hosting, third-party services and maintenance — before you commit, rather than letting year two arrive as a surprise. Support is a choice, not a dependency.
