The challenge
Murshidak is a national guidance app for Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Environment, Water & Agriculture. Built three years earlier, it had been compromised, its source code was lost, and the app was effectively broken. The project was completely stalled and the Ministry was stuck with no way forward.
What we did
- ✦Took over the abandoned project and rebuilt the entire app from the ground up — clean, maintainable codebase.
- ✦Designed a brand-new, modern UI/UX for the whole experience.
- ✦Restored and upgraded every core feature: audio calling, video calling / online meetings, reservations and tasks.
- ✦Rebuilt the notification system and a full notification center.
- ✦Took over and cleaned up the AI team's work that had stalled, merging it into one stable product.
